"Order was not what I asked for"
I ordered one item and ended up receiving something completely different. It was frustrating, honestly. I am not sure how the mix-up happened, but my order was definitely not correct.

"Felt like just another ticket number"
I tried using the site on my phone and it was frustrating. Pages took forever to load, the menus were confusing, and checkout kept freezing right when I was trying to finish. It didn’t feel like anyone really cared about the experience, more like I was just a ticket number in a queue. I don’t see myself using it again.

"Something feels off with the sizing"
I ordered a medium, but it fits more like an extra-small. it made me wonder if it was mislabeled or if the sizing chart is just way off, because there’s no way this is a normal medium.

"I ordered from Fifth Region Officials thinking..."
I ordered from Fifth Region Officials thinking the delivery would be normal, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking updates didn’t really help much either, so I was left wondering when it would actually show up. The product did finally arrive, but the wait was frustrating. If you’re not in a rush, it might be fine, but based on what I expected, I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Returns were such a hassle"
I tried to exchange my order it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. There wasn’t really clear help on what to do next, and the whole return process dragged on for way too long. Like I said, I just wanted a simple exchange, but it ended up being a headache...

"Uh, just too expensive for what it is"
I don’t know, uh, this just didn’t feel worth the money to me. The prices on fifthregionofficials.com seemed high, and I didn’t feel like I got enough value for what I paid. I was expecting something better considering the cost. Maybe other people will feel differently, but I probably wouldn’t spend money on it again.

"Bad first impression and didn’t get better"
My first impression when I opened my order from fifthregionofficials.com was not good. Right away, the material felt cheap for the price, and I noticed some loose stitching before I had even worn it.

After the first wash, it looked even worse, kind of faded and out of shape. I really wanted to like it, but it just didn’t feel worth the money, and I wouldn’t order from them again

"Horrible Service"

Absolutely horrendous!  I ordered a shirt on February 15th and they finally shipped it on February 21st.  The site said in stock and it took 6 days to fill the order????  That is terrible!  They charge $13 for shipping.  I needed the shirt by February 27th for the state tournament.  They blame the shipping (USPS) for it being late when they took 6 days to load the order.  This company does not work with the customer and they are always right.  I would use GetOfficial as they may cost a couple of dollars more but they work with the customer.  This group just passes blame. Pathetic!

This shipped on the 21st. This is an issue with the USPS, not us. We cannot control the USPS. I don’t ride with every order to make sure USPS does not make an error. They have issues.
